Campbell for Congress Congressman Campbell was elected to the United States House of Representatives in a December 2005 special election to replace Rep. Chris Cox who had been appointed earlier that year as Chairman of the SEC. Congressman Campbell currently serves on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Budget Committee. He is also a member of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), the largest caucus of conservative members in the House, and is the Chair of the Budget & Spending Taskforce for the RSC.
